Delivery Information


Canada & U.S.A.

All products will be sent via Canada Post and once order has shipped, the customer will be emailed a tracking number that can be tracked at www.canadapost.ca.


We will ensure proper insurance is placed on the order for the value of the order in the event it gets lost or damaged. Claims for damaged or lost goods will only be valued up to the maximum amount it was insured for with Canada Post. All claims for damage or lost items must be made by the customer with Canada Post upon immediate receipt of damaged goods or if item has not been delivered within delivery time specified by Canada Post.


We try to be as accurate with shipping costs as possible and use weight based shipping costs.


Delivery time is usually 7-21 business days within Canada and the U.S.A.


International

International orders must be placed via email and cannot be placed through our ecommerce site. Please email us with your order requirements and a paypal invoice will be sent to you for payment. Once payment has been received, your order will be shipped.


Orders to shipped outside of Canada or the U.S.A. Will be shipped via Canada Post and may require additional time to arrive due to distance & customs. Customers will be responsible for any customs, excise or duties tax for international shipments. We will not be held responsible for delays in delivery due to customs clearance or inspections.
